I (Molete) do my term-pastoral in Sunfield home. This is an institution or a home ( as they prefer to call it) for mentally challenged people. It is situated in Howick, about ten minutes drive from the scholasticate. The basic thing that I do there, is just my presence. They are a loving community, and they appreciate our presence very much. These people who stay there, are not addressed as patients, but rather, as residents. The reason is that, Sunfield is a home, not a hospital.
I am very happy to do my Pastoral there. May God Bless all those who support these special people.
Molise is working at Salvation Army in Petermaritzburg, about 15 minutes drive from the scholasticate. They are providing food for those who are homeless. Not only providing food, but also giving off themselves. Ministry of visibility is also vital in the work of evangelizing. Experience has taught that giving of self is also so important to the 'poor in their many faces' (CC & R).

We celebrated our Freedom day In Petermaritzburg. There were different Religious orders assembled and we really enjoyed ourselves. What celebration without Braai? Therefore some guyz prepared braai for us all, and the celebration was super...
Studies
After beggining our second term. We are now working very hard towards our mid-year exams. This however does not take away a time for our community life or recreation. There is a danger that often people fail to realize, and that is; our WORK or different committements becomimg our grave yards. Many people are buried or atleast found buried in their different occupations due to lack of planning. What I (Molete) mean is that, In the middle of our daily tasks let us all create a time for one another. Either we meet physically, technologically or in Prayer.
God in Nature
The are moments in life when things are not going accourding to our plans, or maybe when we experience dryness in our souls. This is the time when One may simply escape to meet God in Nature.
